A listing that is not what it claims
Send the link to the listing and what happened. A listing that misleads comes down, and the account that posted it can go with it. You do not need an account to report one, and we do not pass your message to the seller.

Account access, a listing decision you want looked at again, a seller account you want deleted, or a question about how any of this works:
Write from the address on your account, and include the link to the listing if there is one. It is one person reading these, so plain and specific gets answered fastest.
What we cannot do
AdFirst never holds your money and is not part of what you agree with a seller, so we cannot reverse a payment, recover an account or decide who was right. What we can do is take down a listing and stop the account behind it — which is worth telling us about even when it is too late for you.
Security
If you have found a way to see or change something that is not yours, please tell us before you tell anyone else. We will not threaten you for reporting it in good faith.
